"Nothing is impossible; the word itself says "I'm Possible". Audrey Hepburn
For those of you that come to Fl for vacation, just be thankful you didn't come this week. Maybe I am getting to be like Dad, I don't remember it raining all day for several days in a row before. This is to give you an idea of how dreary it was. It wasn't that long ago that we were complaining because it was so dry, now the canal's are full as well as the deep ditches...some people even have water sitting in their yards.

We dined at Shell's last week, Dad just loves that place and especially the clam chowder. But we are now going into the Triple Crown horse race so today I will pick something up, can't miss the Kentucky Derby. It is the only time he watches horse racing.
Lana took him to the wound center this week, (what a break for me) and it went smoothly, in fact the Dr. said his wounds look good. Of course Dad feels it is because he has the same nurses that he used to have and they do a great job. Got the scissors for them to cut the bandages while they were at Dad's and guess what? He gave them to them!
Dad has been having problems with his right eye. Can't get his contacts out, don't see well with his new glasses. He had been told he had Macular degeneration in that eye, but he didn't believe it. The Eye Dr has been great with him but this week he sent him to a Retina specialist. He is now on a pill in hopes to stabilize that eye. Lana had that duty also.
Don't think you are going to get out of seeing baby pictures...Here is Evangeline with her beautiful Mom.
Looks like her hair could be red.....here is another one
Greg had his knee surgery on Wed. He came home yesterday. He is in a lot of pain but he is hanging in there....
My roses are blooming like mad! Of course they are big roses and the stems are not strong, I will just have to keep cutting them back. Of course they now have black spot, every time I go thru this I forget just what I was supposed to put on them...soapy water or 7 dust. (remember I am old and forget things
)
Dad is getting three new windows in his house they have been on order for several weeks. They delivered them on Wed., two of them were the right ones and the third one was a double. So they have to reorder that one, so it will be another three more weeks. Why couldn't I have waited until 95 to get it?
Cousin Elaine went for her check up and the Dr. said she was doing great and well on the road to complete recovery.
Ann's daughter Jenn & her husband are getting ready to put in a garden. I saw it on FB, it looks like it is going to be a pretty big garden. Lots of work but it will be worth it. They live around Bangor....
Well I have rambled on about as much as I can. Nothing really going on this week, took Cocoa to the Vet for her yearly check up and visited Dad. A quiet week for me.
Have a great week, and remember no one loves you like you do!
Lots of Love,
