Quote of the week: "I've come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that's as unique as a fingerprint - and that the best way to succeeded is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you" - Oprah Winfrey
Good morning everyone, hope that you have had a great week. Mine has been busy, but I really have nothing to show that it was. We are still very much in need of rain here in Florida, we have had one whopper of a thunder storm the other night but that is not good either. We have a lot of fires going in Fl., due to the lack of rain, so thunder storms start more fires. When the Spanish came to Florida years ago they brought pigs! They still roam every where, when I was working at KSC they left there mark everywhere tearing up the ground, I didn't know at the time that they were looking for water. Now they are tearing up the golf course in Sun Tree (not far from her) as well as their yards. I tell you that they are big and nothing to mess with...just another gem about Fl for you.
First of all the good news! Baby Forbes was born yesterday morning at 303 am, She weighted 8 lb, 15 oz's, Mom and baby doing very well, Grandmom's are even doing better! Congratulation's Jess & Casey now we are waiting for the name....Baby is here!! Arrived 3:03 this morning. Name TBA- 8lbs 15 oz and 20.5 inches. Everyone exhausted but healthy!

Dan has his up days, and his down days...he continues to lose weight, and his appetite is not that great but he is hanging in there. He is so pleased with the cards that you have sent, please keep it up, it certainly cheers him up. In case you have lost his address it is: 7330 South Highland Dr. Salt Lake City, Utah, 84121. His sister Peggy returned to Fl yesterday and now his sister Deb from CA is with him. My Granddaughter Stacey will go next to stay with her Dad, know it will be hard on her. Diana will return to Utah on the 9th. She has been working steady since she came home to build up her time. Today she finally has a day off.
Took Bill to the VA in Orlando on Thursday and he has another cancer spot on his back that will have to be removed with minor surgery on the 19th of Judy.
Now to Dad, first I want to thank everyone that sent him a card, he was very pleased that people were thinking of him. Again his address is Robert Willett, Room 113 Life Care Center of Melbourne, 605 East Sheridan Rd. Melbourne, Fl 32901. The good news is he is healing great, we took him to his surgeon on Friday and they took the staples out and the Dr said he could now start playing foot ball He is working very hard on his therapy, as I said before he wants to go home. Lana has decided that next Friday will be his coming home day. They wanted to keep him for an additional week but he is doing great and he really wants to go home. The hard thing is he does not want to be left alone, I guess that is not unusual for older people I am told but it is making it difficult for Lana and I and thank God for Lana's friend Shari! Lana works 12 hour night shifts at the hospital and goes over right after she gets out of work to get him ready for the day. I get there as soon as I can to relieve her and she goes home to rest! Hopefully but not always. They come back late afternoon, I go home and Shari stays with him until he goes to bed. But as I said he is doing well and hopefully he will continue to do so when he goes home.
Today is the big day for "Great nephew" Alex, graduation! Congratulations I know with your determinations you will be a great lawyer (politician) one day!
Again I with my Granddaughter a very happy birthday!
Thanks again every one for your concern for me and my family, it is hard but we will continue to work on it, Thankfully Joyce will be coming the 2nd of July so I will be able to work the final launch.
Please take good care of yourself and remember no one loves you as much as you do!
Lot of Love,
