"Work Hard-Do your best-Keep your word-Never get too big for your britches-Trust in God-Have no fear-and Never forget a friend". Harry S. Truman, 33 President of the United States
Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week. Again it has been a busy week for me, but can't see that I have gotten that much done.
Well you can mark off another restaurant, Red Lobster is out! When I was on my way to Dad's on Saturday I could see there was a fairly large brush fire in the Sun Tree area so instead of going to Longhorn we went to Red Lobster. I don't know if I mentioned this before but Dad is very frugal with his money so it really surprised me when he said he was going to get lobster. He insist that he pay for dinner every other week, which is fine with me and this was his week. So he order a dish that had lobster and shrimp on it. I can tell you he was very disappointed when it came and the lobster was small and very dry! (Red Lobster broils their lobster). He could not get over it! He ate the lobster quickly commenting all the time about the size and dryness (as well as it doesn't look like this on TV) of it and was ready to go! Believe me when he is ready, he is ready. I got two bites out of my fish. So he was very unhappy...so Applebee's and Red Lobster is now off the list!
On Monday, I took Bill to the VA to see the surgon about his ear. He confirmed that surgery needed to be done and that they would have to do a skin graph on his ear. Now we have to wait to find out when that will happen.
Afterward we went down to Melbourne to pick up "my little red wagon" that Bill had me order to hook onto my golf cart. I had hoped that it would have been put together but no way...so now Bill has it on the porch and someday he will get it together (hopefully) and when he does we will be able to take it thru the door!
I have mentioned that we needed rain, well God has answered our prayers. We have gotten some very heavy rain with promises of tornado at the same time.

I don't have any tree's down in my front yard but I sure have a lot of branches I have to pick up. At times it was reported that we had winds at 80 miles and hour. Just think, Diana was out delivering mail in this. Then there is New England....this below was taking at the Michaud in New Hampshire...Can't have everything perfect.

Going to Mass in a couple of weeks hope it gets that snow out of its system..
On Wednesday I visited with Dad and he has for the last three weeks wanted a cheeseburger. After all he doesn't eat very much and it would be a treat for him. Lana's son William came over while I was there and we all had a nice visit.
On Thursday, still storming I went to work at the Press site. The crew is here for training for launch. Bet has worked two days this week but with all that I have going on I just volunteered for one day. The crew was here for training for the mission, launch date is April 19th.
Yesterday I got a perm, I was promised it will be just right for the wedding...I am hoping. Nancy seems to be doing much better, and she was busy, which is always great!
This morning I am off to a Deanery meeting in Palm Bay, the idea is to give our suggestions for a new Bishop, not they will listen but I think this is very important so off I go.
Hope you all have a wonderful week, please take good care of yourself and remember no one loves you like you do!
Lots of Love
