Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week. The weather here has been just wonderful, wish it could be that way all year around. In the low 80 in the daytime and in the high 60's at night. Really could get use to that kind of weather. Of course Bill has his flannel shirts out and his heavy coat! It is going to be a long winter
Mentioned that I bent my new pole power saw backing into the garage. Bill and I worked on it, got the blade straightened out but could not get the chain to stay on. I wanted to take it and get it fixed and Bill said "Oh, No he would fix it". Well I wanted to be still able to use it once is was fixed so I took it down to Nancy's Steve to see if he could fix it. He said he could but he had lots of fixing of his own equipment before he could get to it. Bless his heart he brought it back to me on Thursday and it works like a dream! He certainly gets another jewel in his crown for doing that for me.
I don't know about you but I will certainly be glad when the election is over! ( I know sister Joyce will be) Don't know about where you live but everything is so negative here, they don't really say what they plan to do, but do say how bad the other candidate is. Plus we have eight amendments on our ballots that are written so if you don't know what they really say (research) you think they are the greatest things since melted butter! For instance one of them gives you the impression that they are reducing class size when actually that is not the case.
My cousin Blair has sent me some of the most beautiful pictures of the leave's that I have ever seen, want to share a few with you.

This picture was taken at the golf course at home...don't know if the deer were playing golf or not...but aren't they beautiful! thanks again Blair!!
Not a lot going on around here (thank goodness) so I am just going to ramble for a while.
Dad has been wanting this particular filter for his air conditioner, he has been looking for months. Well he finally found the model number and I was able to get it at Home Depot. He was so tickled he had to put the new one in right away.
Sister Lana has boils every once in a while (quite painful) and he (Dad) did some research on line and found many causes for them. But the real kicker is he also found a cure for my problem....wrinkles. Strange thing, you can only order it on line...but it will solve my problem
Another curious thing my birds will not eat out of my bird feeder! Got lots of birds but they won't come near it. I have washed out the bird feeder thinking there might be mold or something in it. Now my next thing is I emptied the bag of bird feed into one of those large zip lock bags, I am wondering if it gives of fumes or something that the birds don't like. I guess the only way that I will find out is to dump the seeds and get new ones....any suggestions.
Birthday's we have birthdays....want to wish Jessica a very happy birthday on the 12th, may it be one of the best birthday's yet. Then on the 14th Miss Zoe will celebrate her 14th birthday, may you have a happy day! The best of Birthday's to you both!!
We are all looking forward to sister Helen's visit on the 19th. I just realized yesterday she is returning home on launch day, so she will miss it. In fact she will be back in Winslow before we launch at 4:44 something like that.
Please say a special prayer for my granddaughter Stacey, she is really have a hard time especially with stress. Paul should be home sometime the middle of Dec and we pray for his safe return.
Well I guess that is about it for this week, still haven't heard from Gloria, Carla and Jack. Want to know how everything is going with them.
Please take good care of yourself, cause no one loves you like you do!!!
Lots of Love
