Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week. I know up north that you have had several snow storms and Joyce said it was down right cold
Well I guess my good news is that I went to the dermatologist and I don't have eczema. She told me that I had allergies and gave me some wonderful medication and it is clearing it up quite fast. She told me not to use anything scented, shae butter, cocoa butter etc. So I have a few bottles of those if anyone is interested.
Dad , Helen and I tried Red Lobster for dinner last Saturday. I hate to say it, but they are just not the same as they used to be. My dinner although fried was so greasy I could not hardly eat it. Not to mention they have gone up on their prices also.
My neighbor's tree fell down this week and of course it did not miss our fence. She is not married so he had her brother come over to cut it up. His electric saw was broken so it went at it with a regular saw. Believe me he didn't get a lot done but did get the part that was on our fence.
Last Saturday while I was mentioning my Uncle Gib's birthday I kind of hesitated because I knew he was not doing well, he had Parkinson's disease. Just a couple hours after I sent it out I learned that he had passed away. He certainly is in a better place but the sad thing is he never got to meet his grandson.
Well as many of you know we will have launch of Endeavor on Sunday morning at 4:39 am. Bet and I have been putting our volunteer time in and will be there for launch. It has been a long time since I was up at that time, maybe getting up but not up all night. As you may know the moon project is due to be cut because of the budget. There are many depressed people at the space center. We are talking 7,000 jobs and it certainly will hurt every aspect in this area. If you have not seen this, or have not done anything about it, please do.
The manned space program is important to everyone! Write your congressmen and tell them that we must push forward beyond low earth orbit, continue America's leadership in space, and not sacrifice thousands of jobs across the country! Save NASA's Constellation Program!

Want to wish a very happy anniversary to Blair and Gert on Sunday, hope you both have a wonderful day! Then a very Happy Birthday to Liz, on Thursday the 11th, is it the 21st Birthday Then on Friday the 12th Robbie Paige will celebrate as well as my Bill. Want to wish a very Happy Birthday to you !
Got a very nice note from Sue it seems that they are pretty busy with activities that are planned for them. Both she and Paul seem to really be enjoying their new home.
Yesterday as I left work and was on my way with a mountain of errands to do, the message board on my car started to go crazy. So back to the dealer I went. It seems to have the same problem that Toyota is having. So it will be in the shop over the week-end. They were quick to get me another car just like mine to drive while it is being repaired.
Sister Judy & husband Greg are off today to NYC to catch a play and have dinner. Isn't that exciting! I know they will really enjoy it!
Diana decided to use her Christmas money to get a personal trainer. She has been rather sore this week, but really enjoys it.
Had pictures of the tree that fell, but left my camera in the car...maybe next week. You all are letting me down...no pictures to share
Well today will be a long day for this old gal, I go in at 8 and work until 12, then back in at 10 tonight and work until launch. I know I will miss church tomorrow.
Well I guess that is about it, please take good care of you and let me hear from you!
Lots of Love
