Happy New Year everyone, hope that the New Year brings you all that you hope for!
What did you do New Year's Eve? I am afraid that we missed the New Year come in and it looks like a lot of my friends missed it also. But believe me there were many that did not! Fireworks woke me up several times.
Last Saturday Dad and I had our dinner at Longhorn in Vi era. I had ribs and they were very good. Know Dad wasn't to happy about that, he doesn't like to see people eat with their fingers.
Lana had a wonderful time in Rochester but came home to several problems. Peter had been hospitalized for a stomach virus. Of course they didn't keep him very long because he is one of many out there without insurance. He is very weak and is having a hard time so please remember him in your prayers. Then the same time they came home Shari Dad had a heart attach and she is at her wits end because she can't help. Ida and Bill are both in their 80's and sure could use your prayers.
Well I am sure that most of you have heard about all the snow they have been having up north and of course some of you are in it...thought I would share a few pictures

The picture above was taken in Pa this week, the following pictures were taken in Maine, if you notice the 2nd picture the snow is so heavy it is bending the tree's.

We complain about the weather here but believe me I don't miss the snow and all that goes with it.
On Tuesday, I took Dad to the Bank, then we went to lunch and then off to grocery shop. It doesn't take him long to get the few things he needs.
I normally go to Dad's on Wednesday, but I had the two funerals to attend that day. It was a somber day.
Diana and I broke the record this week we went to two movies. One on Thursday called "It's Complicated" and then on Friday we saw "Have you heard about the Morgan's". Both were very funny and we truly enjoyed them. Looks like there are several my kind of movies coming so it makes it easy for me because my grandchildren gave me a gift certificate to Cobbs theaters so I am set to go!
I believe I have mentioned that Stacey is in love, which is great if she is loved back and it looks like she is. The sad thing about it is that he is leaving next week for Irag. His name is Paul Mueller pleases keep him in your prayers for a safe return.
Son Pat & Dave are off to a week in TN, they are driving. Hope they have a great time and return safely.
Sister Helen leaves next Thursday for her trip here. She will meet her son Dean (who is flying in from NM ) in MA and together they will make the trip down. Have a safe trip all!
I guess that is it for this week, please take good care of you! Let me hear from you.
Lots of Love
