Good Morning all, hope you have had a great week! It has sure flown by fast for me...you know what they say time flies when you are having fun! I have been busy working in the yard and sprucing up my yard angels. I have repainted most of them so now they look fresh and clean to watch over my garden. I have one that Dawn gave me that I really love (love them all) but this one the angel is on a swing and it has been in my yard for many years. I have repainted it and Bet is going to do the intrigue stuff on it for me. I just can't do that little stuff.
Dad has tried to get Cisco to eat out of the new bowls that I got him but no way he just won't do it. Not sure if he had a bad experience with those kind of bowls or what but he would starve before he would eat or drink out of them. At his age that is drastic so we have given up that idea.
Got to say that there really isn't to much to say this week...that is good news I guess but I will ramble on for awhile or try anyway.
So how was your Easter? Mine was very quiet it seems that most of my family had to work so it just left Diana and I to go out to breakfast but it was a beautiful day. Got a note from my friend Letty in my home town and this is what it looked like there............

On Thursday evening I had a North Merritt Island Advisory Board meeting. It wasn't much of a meeting actually because all we met for was to table an item until next month. I have mentioned what a mess we have with the fact that the developer wants to put in a private marina and it seems that most of the homeowners are against it. Having said that the Staff at the County level are our friends and help us any way that they can. But it seems that some of the homeowners are harassing them accusing them of being in the developers pocket etc. That is sad because right now they will help us but if people keep that up it will give NMI a bad name and they won't guide us at all. It has really put me in a bad spot because this certainly won't be the last item for NMI but if certain members of the Board keep us there goings on the Commissioners might end our group. Don't know why people do what they do.
Friday was quite a busy day for me, it started off quite early both Bet and I had to be out to the press site by 6 am. The Endeavour (shuttle) had started it's roll out at 12:01 PM and it arrived at the pad just shortly before we did. This time it really wasn't work but we were there to keep the press from going certain places etc. Mainly we were there to see the shuttle first hand. What a awesome sight, I have been there before at roll out but had never seen the crawler move away from the shuttle.
Can't say that it wasn't a little cool but it was great to be part of it.
(Shuttle Endeavour's Rollout To Launch Pad Complete Space shuttle Endeavour has completed its 4.2 mile trek from Kennedy's Vehicle Assembly Building to Launch Pad 39B. Endeavour was secured to the pad at 7:17 a.m. The shuttle will stand by at Pad B in the unlikely event that a rescue mission is necessary following shuttle Atlantis' targeted May 12 launch to upgrade NASA's Hubble Space Telescope.)
After that Bet and I went out to breakfast, which I enjoyed and I gave her my swing angel to tackle. I am so grateful she is doing it because I certainly would make a mess out of it.
Then off to Baxley for delivery all went well and we seem to be staying ahead of their needs. It always has worried me that sometime that will not happen but so far God has been very good to us.
Then off to get my nail's and hair done, really don't know why I bother because with me working out side I soon make a job that was well done look like a mess.
Want to wish my daughter Dawn a very Happy Birthday on Sunday, she also will be 21 Hope it is one of the best ever.
Pat is trying to pin me down for a date at Disney to see the flowers. They are so beautiful, and it is always a treat to go. But there seems to be always something going on preventing me from setting the date but I must do it soon.
Next week have several things going on so I should be able to yak on a little longer. Mean while it is back in my garden.... Hope that you all have a wonderful week and take care of you!
Lots of Love

Sure can't complain about that happening here.
