Don’t know if I mentioned it or not but son Pat and David are on a diet. It is a slow process but they have lost over 40 pounds! Isn’t that great!
Went to see Peter in the hospital on Saturday, thank goodness he looked better but still has a long way to go. He was released from the hospital on Monday, sure hope that all is going well with him.

We discussed her father’s polyps and she volunteered to drive him over for his appointment as well as for his surgery. I really think he is frightened about doing it; the VA Dr. said it was a very painful operation; it isn’t the drive although that does enter into it. He decided to go down to the VA representative here on Merritt Island. They filled out a form for him to send into the VA requesting that he be able to get the work done locally. Who knows how that will turn out?

It looks like next year will be a busy year for most of us. Hope I win the lottery soon so I can go to all the events in the family!
My granddaughter Krista started her test this week, and she didn't find it very much fun. One of them was barium thingy…you know how much fun that is. But hopefully they will find out something with these tests. I guess both sides of the family don’t have any of those problems because the only one I heard from was Joyce.
Got a note from Clyde’s sister Sue on Wednesday telling us that Dear Linda had passed away. I have always said that when my time came if I could truly say that I have made a difference in this world I would be happy. This lady surly made a difference; she was a nurse, and a great inspiration to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

Actually the birds must have dropped the seed into my Angel begonia pot and it just looks like it is coming out of the tree.
Well Lana and I are on count down for our vacations. She is leaving sooner than I but will be right ahead of me going up the coast to Maine. I don’t know about you but like to have a map that shows me the way I am going. To get a map that takes me where I want to go has always been a problem.
I get my maps at AAA and they are not the only ones that you can get maps from I know. I have a way I want to go and just like my GPS they want to take me somewhere else. So you have to lie to them to get them to take you the way you want. I got my first bunch and they are correct so we will see how the rest turn out to be. Anyway we are both excited about our trip!
Helen left for San Diego on Thursday for the birth of her new granddaughter Charley. It looks like Miss Charley will be born today, in fact she might just be born while I type Just Chatting! We are all excited about this new arrival and I am sure next week I will have pictures of her. What a wonderful world this is with digital cameras!
Lots of Love
a (aa) Mom & ~g~
