When everything goes to hell, the people who stand by you without flinching — they are your family. Jim Butcher
Good morning all, hope you have had a great week. Write me a note and tell me all about it, so I can share with others.
Want to start off by wishing some of the greatest people in the world a happy birthday. On the 29th Kyle Marshall will celebrate, on the 30th Charlie Silva & Judy Marshall will have a happy birthday. Then on the first Lisa Morar will celebrate. That was a busy time no matter what year, They are terrific and deseve the best of birthday!
Helen is doing well in recovery, if all goes well she should be able to go home on Wed. She is strong of mind so I am sure she will be good as new soon.
I believe that done with this session until fall. This one has been tough for her, she has sponsored many bills this year including one that makes it illegal to sell your new born baby. I believe I have this right, I am sure if I she will correct me if I am wrong. It seems this lady came to Maine pregnant, then qualified for all the things someone on welfare qualifies for. Then after she had her baby which the state paid for, She sold the baby. That is when they found out there was no law against that. No investigations or anything. That is when Joyce got busy on a bill to make it illegal. She worked hard on it and got it passed. Good job Joyce.
Next exciting thing for me was Cocoa was out in the yard and found a gofer turtle out there. She drove me crazy but I finally got her in the house. But it wasn't long she wanted back out again.

She was determined that she was going to get that turtle! She followed that turtle all around the pool, constant barking. Got her in the house again and she still wanted to go back out and get that turtle! Bill had some kind of plastic on the bottom of the door so they couldn't get in, but over the years it has just broken off and Mr. Turtle can get in when ever he wants. I drove her off so she wouldn't be there at the door, picked up the turtle, and just as I was setting it down outside, here came Cocoa like the Lone Ranger, and out the door she went. What a time I had catching her. It wore me out. She never goes out the big yard and when she does she goes wild....what a time I had!
Missed my lung appointment this week, not sure if I am the one a fault (most likely) so I am rescheduled for Tues of next week.
Monday I am have a new power panel put in. Really not sure why it is required, but I am hoping to get new home insurance and the state requires it.
Well there is not a lot for me to say, The only places I go are to church, Dr. appointments and the grocery store. Oh, I forgot one thing yesterday was Baxley Manor Day. When we got there the cupboard was bare, It seems attendance has picked up some. Again I want to say what a wonderful job both Lori and Jan do, and they get such good bargains.
Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you!
Please stay healthy! Have a great week!
Lots of Love
