"Parents are the only ones obligated to love you; from the rest of the world you had to earn it" Ann Brashares
Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week! Mine has been a mixture I am telling you!
Start of with the good new's Cousin Elaine is going to be a Grandmother, her son Michael and his wife is expecting. They have two girls and it looks like they will also have twin boy's. Isn't that great!
Talking about twins, I know Charles & Dudley are twins, but didn't Aunt Nora & Uncle Danny have twin boy's? Who else in the family has had twins?
Talking about babies and especially boy's, Jess and Casey are awaiting the arrival of their new boy. Due anytime now and of course Judy is there to help just in case the need her. :) Don't think I have heard any names mentioned (but I am old and forgetful) Hope it isn't a mile long so I will remember it. Somehow people don't go for the simple names any more, they pick one that most people can't pronounce and it will be harder than heck for the child to write it when they start school. You may not agree with me but I am old so I get the right.
Bill had another episode with his back this week. He couldn't get out of bed. He was in a lot of pain. Called the VA and the last Dr. he seen called us two days later. He said that he has severe arthritis in his lower back. He was sending us (takes 10 day's) some pain medication and if that didn't work he should go to the hospital! No way is he going to the hospital when they have the last visit bill all screwed up. He finally after a couple days was able to get up. Then he fell! I can't lift him, so I tried to get someone to help me but was unable to....so I called 911. Of course they wanted him to go to the hospital but he refused. I sure hope we can get this straightened out soon, because as long as he can say no he won't go to the hospital.
So what do you have planned for the long week-end? Not too much going on here, hope it stays quiet.
I hear that Rand & Malisa have bought a new house. Liz & Rik will soon be moving to MD and the hussle and bussel of the big city.
Talked to Lana this week, she and Shari have been under the weather. But her good news is she don't know what she is going to do with all her tomatoes in her garden. :)
Well the good news is I won't be having surgery on the 8th. The bad news is I have to see a lung Dr. and do a walking stress test. That is all I have to say about that.
I love the ALs challenge, First I watch Murphy (granddaughter's dog) take the challenge. Then I watched Steve Harvey & Dolly Pardon take the challange, but the final one I could not believe...I also watched my sister Joyce take the challange! You shouldn't miss these if you have not seen them...they are all on Facebook!
Granddaughter Stacey is spending the weekend with Diana. I would call that a full house....five dogs!
Nancy has had her last fill, her surgery is scheduled for the 19th, please keep her in your prayers.
Well I have share all the info that I have no one seems to have any news except Elaine and that is great news. Have a wonderful week and maybe I can come up with more good news!
Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you! Have a great week!
