" Family where life begins and love never ends." Author unknown

Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week! Well here I go complaining again about the heat. The heat index has been in the low 100's and that is hard to take without air conditioning. :) Don't remember wishing for rain, but I do just about everyday.

I had a wonderful blessing last Sunday! Not that I don't have them often but this was quite special! Pat & Dave came over to look at my dead desk top and that is just what it was dead! They spent 7 to 8 hours getting Dad's set up for me. They did a wonderful job and I am ever so grateful for them. It is so nice to be able to see what I am writing (reading). I can never thank them enough for what they did! Thanks Guys! Love you!!!!

The bad news is I lost my Mini Minder, which had everyone's birthday and anniversaries on it. So would you send me that info so I won't forget your special day?

I am so thankful for my grandson Todd. He does a lot of the yard work for me, don't know how he does it, it is too darn hot out there for me.

Nancy has the one more treatment before her final surgery on Sept 19th. Please keep her in your prayers.

My friend Karen's husband Michael did not have an easy time with his surgery. They had to go back in a second time.  He is in ICU and is not doing well.  Please say a special prayer for him.

I want to wish a very happy birthday to David Garthe, Eric Adams and Dean Morar. If I missed yours, please have a great one and send to me the date so I will have it. I know Rik Michaud birthday is next week, not sure what date. Hope you have time to celebrate it with moving and all!

I feel so bad, I missed Baxley Manor delivery yesterday. Thank goodness for Lori & Jan, they got it done!

This has been the week to forget things for me.  I also had lunch scheduled with Elaine on Wed., but totally forgot it.  Instead I took Bill to the Orlando VA for his skin cancer.  It takes about 50 minutes to get there, wait about 15 min, see the Dr. about 5 mim and we are on our way home.
Ian is all settled in at the University of S. C. I understand that it is a beautiful campus.  Here he is pictured with his Dad

I understand that Liz & Rik have found their house in Maryland and will be moving there soon.  This must be a trying time for both of them.  Alex has returned to UNH, but in Jan time frame he will become and Aid in Washington.

Cousin Kellie is very busy with her paintings, here is one that I copied from Face book.

Isn't it beautiful!
We are on countdown for the new baby boy expected at the Forbes house in MA.  It won't be long now.

Well I guess that is about it for this week.  I am sure I forgot a lot of things I should have said....but just chalk it up to the fact that I am old and losing it.
Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you! Have a great week!

Lots of Love
