"If you want to lift yourself up.lift up someone else" Booker T. Washington

Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week! I am really interested in the weather this week, since we are going to Maine next week. The weather her has been hot! With great thunder storms in the afternoon. I look forward to them because it cools off the place.

Want to wish my sweet Nancy a very happy birthday on Sunday! She is doing as well as can be expected. Sore, but hanging in there!

A very happy birthday to Shari Lewis & and dear friend Betty Valentine on the 15th. Then on the 17th Ian Michard will be 19! Wonderful day for you Ian! The best of birthday's to another dear friend Lori Wilson on the 20th! Hope you all have a great special day!

We had sad news this week with the passing of brother-in-law Bud Adams. May he rest in peace! Here he is with Corlie and Chris & Lynn daughter Megan

Got a note from Greg Morell this week telling me that Charles has been under the weather again. Greg said " Two weeks ago Charles had lung surgery to remove some fluid...During the procedure the Dr additionally removed a mass of debris the size of a Brillo pad ( benign ) as well.. He was sent home last Monday after spending a week in the VA... The operation was a success but the area between the rib where the muscle was severed to insert several tubes are extremely painful ... much more than the heart procedure ... making it difficult to walk around ... We will certainly miss them at the internment, but totally understand why they will not be able to make it next week.
More bad news..

Casey (Jessica husband) or should I say Eloise's Dad has been diagnosed with Lymes disease. For the next two weeks he will be hit hard with antibiotics.

Diana has joined this trivia group (which I am very pleased about) they meet every Wednesdayand she is having a great time. One of the questions this week which TV show was first the Flintsones' or I dream of Jeanne? Do you remember?

Jack Adams and his family have been on vacation this week. He shared some wonderful pictures on Face Book. Really loved this one

You can see MT. Washington in the background.

Friend Bet & her husband Don are off on another adventure.  They are in their home away from home so the travel shouldn't be bad.  Last I heard from her they were in Michigan and they were leaving for Washington State.  They plan to be back in Ok by Oct.  Bet's mom will celebrate her 100 birthday.

Friend Karen is still busy with her horse, but they are doing some remodeling on their house.  She just recently posted some pictures of her new both room.  They have been in that house for 34 years and she always hated the bathroom.  I can relate to that, can't you?

Well the Willett girls and a few more will be heading to Ft. Fairfield this coming week. We are all looking forward to seeing everyone and to have Dad at peace in his final resting place.

Well that is about it for me this week.  Hope you have a great week.  Since I will be traveling I won't be sending this out next week.  Hopefully I will have lots to tell you when I get back.

Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you! Have a great week!
Lots of Love
a (aa) g~
