"The saddest summary of life contains three descriptions, could have, might have, and should have." Louis Boone

Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week! Mine has been a mixture of going and coming :).

My daughters took me out to lunch and then we went to a movie on Sunday. I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Hope you did also, I truly felt special, dinner with Pat & David, (and my wind chime) Dawn got me some beautiful flowers....all and all a great Mom's day.

Monday, was shots in the eye's day. Nancy took me, cause believe me after I get those shots my vision is not right for a while, So that took care of Monday.

Tuesday I took Bill to the VA. The news there is the Dr took him of the medication that the hospital Dr put him on and he is now back taking the same medication that he took before he went into the hospital. He seems to be doing ok, and of course he goes out of his way to prove it.

On Wednesday, I had some heart test will find out on the 29th how I did on that.

But the best surprise was nephew William called me and wanted to stop by. I was so please to see him and he looks great don't you think? It was great to see him!
On Thursday, my printer quick working. No big deal I needed a new ink cartridge. Not a black one mind you but one of the color ones and it wouldn't print anything. The kicker is I had ordered a whole new set in Jan. I really didn't need them until recently. But! They have an expiration date on them when that date comes....to bad, you have to get another one! So in the long run I didn't say anything by getting them early.
Last Saturday was food for the poor picked up by the Post Office. Bill insisted that I get rice and baked beans. He meant dry beans but I got two big cans of baked beans. The next step was to hang it on the mail box. I went out and tried but it was too heavy. So I sit it on the ground. Bill was concerned that someone would take it so he went out and somehow got it attached to the lid of the mail box. You know what coming now don't you..............the weight of the bag broke the lid on the mail box so now we have to get a new one. I know there is a lesson here but not sure what it is :)

Just couldn't pass this picture up is Suzanne's little boy. He is a doll and a hand full I gather
from Face book. Time flies and it won't be long and he will be old enough to be behind that wheel but that is another set of worries!
Now maybe Carla did it and I missed it, but she posted this picture of Face book of her Grand children, sorry I don't know their names but they are a handsome bunch!
Again I asked that you keep Lisa, Helen's daughter in your prayers. She will have her surgery on Monday. She will be put in a coma for several day's. Add Helen to that prayer also, please.
Nancy will have her surgery on Tuesday. She is at an all time low, both mentally and emotionally. Thanks for your prayers. Her shop is going to have a fund raiser for her the first week of June. We are most thankful that she has insurance but as we all know it doesn't pay it all. She will be out of work for awhile.
The good news is Lana is so happy in her new home! She has a lot of her garden started in pots, and she is working on thinning out some of the flowers so can plant what she wants. :)
The other good news (for me anyway) is we got out golf cart back. It is so much easier for me to take the trash out to the road with it. We have these large containers that are hard to handle otherwise.
Would love to hear some of your news, Oh yes there is one more thing....My friend Letty still lives i
n in Fort Fairfield, Got these beautiful flowers for Mother's day, but the real kicker was one of her children called the IGA in town and order two big lobsters. Not only did the cook them for her, but they delivered them also. Some time it pays to live in a small town, right Letty!

Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you! Have a great week!
Lots of Love
a (aa) g~
