Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new" Albert Einstein
Good morning all hope that you have had a wonderful week! The weather here is great for the beach, but not too good without air condition.:) But it is very nice in the early morning, get some weeding done in my yard. My only real problem is black spot on my roses. I have got to go out one morning soon and pick all the yellow leaves off of them, then spray they with soapy water. It has got to be done sooner than later.
First of all I would like to wish my terrific cousins Dudley & Charles a very happy birthday today, wish I was 27 :) Then there is my dear sister Helen a very happy birthday on Monday the 12th...she will be 37 :). Then there is one of my dearest friends a very happy birthday on the 14th. Karen Andreas, she is a lot younger than most of us and is always there when I need her! The best of birthday's to you all!
Speaking of Helen, want to share some pictures of her youngest grandchild, Charlie!
Isn't she beautiful! She will be celebrating her 7th birthday at the end of June! Charlie is Lisa daughter and lives in TX.
Speaking of Lisa she has a very serious operation coming up on the 19th, Helen is going to help with Charlie.
Pat & Dave came over Sunday and took me to lunch for Mother's Day. Love it! We got the Choc Lava cake, which is my favorite! Couldn't eat it all but it was so good! They also got me a wind chime, it is beautiful. I just wanted a med one and they got me a large one. I guess larger is better! :)
Speaking of birthday's Granddaughter Stacey's sweet dog Murphy, just celebrated his 2nd birthday
isn't he a handsome dog!
On Monday, they took our golf cart to the shop. We just found out yesterday how much it is going to cost. Hopefully, they will return it to us on Monday. I had to call Todd to take the recycle and yard trash out on Wed. No problem bringing them in empty but hard for me when they are full! They called yesterday and we should get it back by Monday, hope so, garbage day is Tues.
Although Bill is doing very well, I hate to leave him for very long. He wants to prove he is as good as new and you know what that mean's! He tries to do things he shouldn't. I was supposed to volunteer with Bet at the Center today they are having an open house, I want to wait a little longer before I leave him that long.
As far as my sisters, Judy has returned home from babysitting in MA, Joyce things that her session is over (but the Governor may call them back) Lana & Shari went to see Nigeria Falls & Helen is getting ready to go visit Lisa.
I don't know if is today where you live, but the Post office is picking up for the poor. Took mine out when i got the newspaper.
Got a busy week next week, nothing that is exciting but appointments just about every day.
On Monday, I attended the Planning & Zoning meeting in Viera. We have several things on the addenda but one things sticks out in my mind. This guy wanted to change his zoning so he could have more dogs. He has 5, he is allowed 4 with his property. He is in the country and he has them for pig hunting. Well much to his surprise every neighbor he had was there to speak against him. It seems he lets them run lose and they bark a lot at night. They were not happy campers and everyone of them spoke against it. By the way we voted against it also!
Didn't want to forget to wish you all a very happy Mother's day. As you can see on Aunt Joyce's face she is so proud of her son Eric...that is what being a Mom is all about! Happy Mother's day all
Well, I guess that is it for this week, we live such exciting lives....:) Let me hear from you and let me know what is going on...
Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you! Have a great week!
Lots of Love
