Good morning all, hope all is well with you! Is everyone ready for Christmas? I don't have much shopping to do, but I have not started as yet. Time is flying bye, so I better get busy.

 

 

Start right off by saying we certainly had a blessing yesterday. Joyce was on her way home and one of her tires came flying off. Thank goodness she wasn't hurt. She had a lot of people stop and offer to help her. Jeff had just put snow tires on her care. (not Jeff but the garage) But thankfully she just was shook up and she is fine.

 

 

As I mentioned before, Krista will not be able to come home for Christmas. She has a new job and is the low person on the pole. But she and Andrew will be going to S.C for New Years. Hopefully Diana will be able to meet them there. Got this recent picture of Krista & Andrew off Facebook.

 

We will certainly miss them here at Christmas.

 

 

Over the past week Rik & Liz's son Ian was awarded a Coach's Award for the 2013 Football Season, gave a warm and meaningful parting senior speech, and was accepted at his first college with a 'nice' scholarship to boot!! Way to go Ian!

My friend Karen spends a great deal of time with her horse Bo. He is a beauty...love to go see him and feed him (as well as many others) Karen's carrots.

Of course Eva is growing like a weed and is in command of her every move :)

 

Judy has been up there helping out all week (but just between you and me I think she keeps going up there so they won't forget who she is :)

 

 

Poor Diana she has had a week, started out on Sunday. Her drier died, and those of you know Diana she always has a bunch of clothes to wash. She was really down in the dumps when she called me early Monday to tell. Thank goodness she has Dan friend that came over and told her what she needed and he fixed it. The next problem was not so simple...the pool pump died...that was costly. She is now waiting for the other shoe to drop...hopefully it won't.

 

 

Lana & Shari came over this week to look at my computer, it was making a noise. She took it a part and couldn't find anything wrong with it. The noise stopped! She is a wonder that Shari. She made the print larger on Face book, thank goodness. But later when I turned it off and later turned it back on it was back small again and there was no bar there to make it larger. Don't know what I am going to do with them gone. They are leaving on Tuesday, gosh I am going to miss them.
