"Whoever is happy will make others happy too. He who has courage and faith will never perish in misery."

Good morning all, hope that you have had a good week! Mine was not too bad, got some work done in the yard, but believe me there is still lots to do!

When I went to Dad's last Sat., it had been raining and I was concerned about taking him out in it. But it stopped and it was only a slight drizzle. So off we went to Shells in Melbourne. He always get's shrimp but this time he surprised me and got salmon! All went well we even got the handicap parking space which always pleases me.

Got this wonderful photo of Evangeline she is another beauty....
this picture makes you just want to hug and kiss her!

On Tuesday, I had Nancy take me to the Eye Dr., because I thought that they would dilate my eye's but they didn't. Good news in that area, he did give me a prescription for new glasses for the computer & reading the newspaper but he also told me I could get the same glasses at Wal-mart etc., and told me the strength to get :) The only reason he gave me the prescription is because I have astigmatism in one eye that they would help. Which is good news, I have a bunch of those glases so I will make do with what I have.

Now just to prove that I send more than baby pictures....here is my (great) nephew Alex.

Handsome young man isn't he! He is going to be a Jr. this fall at New Hampshire State. He is quite an athlete and all around great young man. His grand parents (Makers) and parents Liz & Rik are quite proud of him! as we all are.

On Wed., I went to visit Dad...when I got there Lana & Shari were there. It seems they forgot to check for termite's when they put the new windows in. So the guy had to come and take a window out for inspection...Then shortly after I got there the nurse came with her shadow person for Dad. So for about 30 minutes the house was busy but they all left just about the same time so it was quiet....Dad said too quiet.:) But we had our usual lunch and I left around 1 or so.

Now here is another picture I would like to share with you. He is Rand's son Jacob!Isn't he a handsome young man? I certainly think so. But look close because I hear he will be getting contact this week, so no more glasses for him.

Would like to wish my dear friend Lori a very Happy Birthday!

Sorry I am late getting this out, but I had a late night last night (for me anyway).  Diana & I went with Pat & Dave to Disney to watch Pat in a show.  They preformed Andrew Lloyd Weber music.  We really enjoyed it, but it ran a little late for this old women.  Can't remember the last time I didn't get to bet till after one.

Well I guess I am just about new's out, still need more rest :).   Just remember no one loves you like you do.  Take good care of you!

Lots of Love,

a, aa, ~g~
