We are each of us angels, with only one wing. We can only fly by embracing each other. Luciano de Crescenzo, Italian writer, born 1928
Good morning all, hope that you have had a great two weeks. The Space Center is burning of under brush here and it is quite smoky. Got to say I have been under the weather and feeling very sorry for myself the last two weeks, but thankfully I am feeling better and on my way back.
We sure have had our bad luck with appliances this last two weeks. (I may have mentioned I hate my LG dishwasher) It was not draining, we had the repair man out to fixed it. A couple of days later we had to call him again. Then the frig started to defrost, was quite thankful this happened on a Sat., and I just knew we would be tough out of luck. But no problem they were here about 1:30. We bought the TV in the Fl room in 1978, so no complaining about that, it also decided to give up the ghost at this time!
Joyce celebrated her birthday on the 10th

I say she celebrated but not really, the house is really busy right now and they are working way into the night.
Lana & Shari are in Rochester to settle some things for Shari parents who are now both in assisted living. On thier way they stopped to visit Robbie & Jen in VA. They had a great time, and they plan to stop and see them on the way back.
Helen arrived last week just before they left to stay with Dad. The other day she met with cousin Elaine for lunch and they had a great time going over old times. Dad had three new windows installed yesterday and it was nice that she was there to supervise. What a job she had taking down all the curtains and washing them and putting them back up. Those curtains are so old that the last time I washed them I thought that they would fall apart. But they hung in there one more time. When she leaves here she is off to Maine to attended a reunion of her class from nursing school.
Son Pat & David are off to Alaska for a wonderful cruise. That is something I have always wanted to do....well let's just say every since Love Boat I have wanted to do it. Really think that is one thing on my bucket list that I won't do. :)
Here in Fl we are getting ready for the big trail. One channel is already broadcasting the picking of the jury. That will take about two weeks to pick six people and four alternates. Sorry to say I am already sick of it.
Judy is in Mass, taking care of the babies. As you can see Eloise is growing fast. In this picture with her Mom she just got her first hair cut.
Want to wish her a very Happy Birthday on Monday. It is hard to believe she will be two.
Evangeline is now 10 weeks old....She is another beautiful baby. Gosh they are both growing fast.
Want to wish my beautiful Granddaughter Stacey a very happy birthday on Tuesday. I cannot believe that she will be 30 years old. Just reminder she was born on the day Sally Ride went in to space. In case you are wondering I only missed to launches and this was one of them :)
I want to thank my daughter Diana for all that she has done for me in the last two weeks. I am sorry I gave her such a hard time. She has had her hands full, I have really been feeling sorry for myself. You are a jewel my dear Diana Love you lots.
I guess that is it for this week, just remember no one loves you like you do! Have a great week!
Lots of Love,
