"We learn the ropes of life by untying its knots"- Jean Toomer (December 26, 1894 – March 30, 1967) was an American poet and novelist and an important figure of the Harlem Renaissance
Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week! Got to say that I am well on the road to recovery and have got some work did in the yard. Which pleases me to no end!
On Saturday, Helen, Dad and I enjoyed our meal at the Longhorn in Viera. Helen and I are learning to share because they give you way to much food. We did that several times and that way we have nothing to take home!
dancing with my handsome son Pat

Some of you posted pictures on Facebook that Diana can't get to, would you send them to her please....
Went down and picked up Helen on Monday. She got a great deal on her rental car... I booked it on Hotwire for her at the cost of $157. for a week. She was pleased with the cost but doubley pleased to find out that they billed me for it! But it still worked out to her advantage...she paid me and still got a good deal on the rental!
On Tuesday morning we were both up early, her flight left at 7 so we had to leave here a little after five. What a long day for her...three hours by plane to Boston and more than that on the bus to Augusta. I know she had to be worn out! As always we really enjoyed her visit...the next one to come will be Joyce in July.
Stopped at Publix to pick a few things before I went to Dad's on Wednesday. Was backing out of my space when a women in a van backed right into me! Not much damage but do have a dent. The woman was flippant about it...oh well it is a no fault state! She may think that but it was her fault!
Dad & I went out to lunch on Wednesday, because you know what today is don't you? It is the Kentucky Derby! We have to watch that, no favorites.
Want to wish my sis Helen a very Happy Birthday on the 12th, she will be now known as "over the hill" and join countless others that have joined that group!
On Thursday, I took my car for an estimate, returned the great shoes that I order for the wedding that did not fit back. Met my dear friends for dinner at Grills at the Port. That is where Krista works but she was not there that night.
On Friday, got beautied and went looking for Dad's 8 oz water glasses that he wants. They are not fancy glasses but they sure don't have them at Wal-mart so today I will stop at Target & Tuesday's to see if they have them. They are important glasses, because Dad has never been a water drinker but has decided to try it, so we have to get those glasses
Dan & Diana leave for Salt Lake on the 17th for the cancer center, please keep the family in your prayers.
Stacey & Paul leave today on their honeymoon, know they will have a wonderful time.
Well I guess that is it for this week, hope all goes well for you and remember no one loves you like you do!
Lots of Love
