"Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved." - Helen Keller

Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week.  From what I understand the Northeast has had more snow than they have had for years.  The biggest complaint that I have heard is all the stores are closed and so are the schools.  Now I am not an expert on this but I know in Maine the plows are out as soon as it starts snowing.  So most of the roads are clear.  From experience I know that the snow does not keep the children in....so I can understand some of the complaints that I have read on Facebook.

Can't complain about the weather here, we have had some rain and strong winds.  Our church is celebrating Pioneer Day to day and I hope the weather cooperates.  Just a little side line on that we have done this for the last four years in conjunction with a historic property that was also here 100 yrs ago.  For the last four years I have been asked to go to the convent store on North Merritt Island and asked if we could put 3 or 4 trash bags in their load all box.  Never had any problem before they all agreed.  But this year one of them said No!  They pay monthly for that and can not start letting other people use it.  Was quite surprised and I certainly will not be using Circle K in the future!

Want to wish Liz a very special birthday on Wednesday.  Special lady and she deserves the best!  Then on Thursday, Robert Paige will celebrate his birthday!  Happy Birthday to a special niece & nephew!

Nancy is all excited Todd is going to paint her bed room.  I on the other hand am not looking forward to it,  I am sure he will do a good job but this will be his first paint job that I know of anyway.  His's Dad was really good at it so I am hoping for the best.

Diana is having a mail count on her route.  She just needs a few more on the count to jump her up one more rung on the ladder.  Going to be a busy week for her next week.

Saw this on Face Book and got a kick out it.  Don't really think Calais is happy about Caila either :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_q9hAAIS-c

Got two more special birthday's this week.  Our very own Liz will be celebrating on the 11th and Robert Paige on the 12th.  Hope you both have a wonderful birthday you are very special people.

Have not heard how Chris Adams is doing after his surgery, but I see he is posting on Face book so we know he is up and about.

Today is a big day at our church.  We call it Pioneer Day, we do it in conjugation with a local historic park that is over a 100 yrs old.  The weather is suppose to be good today, cool but with the sunshining.

Todd has taken the task of painting Nancy's room.  I am sure he will do a good job.

I guess the only thing else I have to say is that they have put of my surgery again.  I will find out on Tuesday just what the Dr.s plans for me are.  Diana will be going with me.
Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you!

Have a great week!  Please stay healthy!

Lots of Love
