Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week! How's the weather where you are? It is still quite warm here with showers off and on. Not enough to really soak the ground. Yesterday it was pouring and the sun was still out. :)
First of all I would like to wish Casey Forbes the best of birthday's on the 16th! Then On the 18th is a special day for Judy & Greg it is their anniversary! The very best to you on your special day....43 years, that is a long time!
This has been a quite stressful week for me....Bill fell again twice, Todd came over and got him up the first time, then he fell again. I called 911 and he spent a couple days in the hospital. They believe he had a slight stroke. Took my walking test and pass it. Should have been hooked up to a machine yesterday, took Bill to the VA to get his walker and to get his med's. I pushed him all over that hospital...so I know my walking is good.
On Wed, I took my walking test. Got to tell you this story. I had worn my blouse to the grocery store once and changed right away when I got home...still clean in my mind. When they put me on the one machine, I had to lay down and put my arms over my head. Well right away I smelt sweat! So in the future I know if I wear something once....it has to be washed!
They had me quite upset at the hospital they acted like I don't feed Bill because of his teeth. They called the house several times telling me that he needs his food ground up. Pat & David came over shortly after that and off to Walmart we went to get a juicer. It was a sight to see, I will tell you they both had their phones out checking to see which one was the best! We finally settled (although Pat was not happy about it) on Jack LaLane's. We also picked up some ensure while we were there. They paid for it wasn't that nice of them! They took me out to dinner and we came home and they put it together. Then they tell me the juice doesn't last very long! and it has to be washed every time...(that I would know) but the juice only is good for a couple hours...so you can't make a bunch of it and put it in the frig. Don't know just how much juice he will get with that thought in mind.
Took Cocoa for a check up and her yearly shots on Thursday. She has been limping for a couple of weeks. The Vet told me she had broke her middle toe. He said a couple more weeks and she will be fine.
About a year ago they had my printer ink on sale, so I bought and extra one. Now my printer needs new ink and it will not accept the cartridge because it is out dated.
Can't think of any thing else to tell you that is good news. So if you are tired of hearing my woe's...let me hear from you. The one thing that I have learned if I forget someone or make a mistake, I will hear from some of you :)
