April 19, 2014

Life has two rules: #1 Never quit #2 Always remember rule #1! Author unknown.

Good morning all, how has your week been? Things have been going fine here. Todd came over on Tuesday and did more work in the yard. It is really looking up. Want to share some pictures that Todd took with you......

It has been a lot of work for Todd (and me) but it is all falling into to place. (Lana can you see the angels in the Pinta's above, those are the ones that Bet gave me for Christmas. They are so pretty at night)

Got a call last Sat., from David Todd, he is doing great after his surgery. He said that he was driving on the third day. So happy he did so well. But just to make sure we will keep him on the prayer list for one more week.

Just have to share this with you...my friend from home Letty & her husband is traveling around to see the family. The stopped in Branson, Missouri for a visit and guess what? They have a all you can eat lobster bar there. Their son came up from TX, not sure if it was to see them :) or to eat lobster. But if I understand the facebook page he was on his 14th lobster!

I am sure many of you have seen the pictures of the ice breaking in the river at my home town. It took our roads and flooded many places. It really upsets me that both of the cemetery's. Here is the Catholic Cemetery almost completely under water
My Grandparents are buried there. The Cemetery were Mom & Robert is doesn't look so bad but those are big pieces of ice you see there.

so it very well might have been under water.

Had lunch this week with Elaine. I am so happy we are following thru and meeting at least once a month. She tells me that Uncle Omar is doing better and getting around fine.
Aunt Joyce is hanging in there and doing well also.

Want to wish my daughter Dawn a very happy birthday today.  Lynn Adams will celebrate her birthday on the 22, have a wonderful day!  The 22 is a special day for granddaughter Stacey and her husband Paul.  Happy Anniversary to you both!

Well I guess that is about it for this week. Thanks again Charles for the pictures, I will use some of them next week. I think I just pictured every one out this week.

Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you!  Have a great week!

Lots of Love
a (aa) g~
