"A woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water." Eleanor Roosevelt
Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week! Not a lot to talk about today, but I will give it my best try.
This seems to be the year for trading car's. Helen daughter in law Jeri got a new car for her.... She is a beautiful lady and that is a very nice car!
We don't see to much of the Morar's but we are hoping to stay in closer touch with them with pictures.
Here is Dean & Jeri Dean looks like he is wore out, and that very well could be true, he works very long hours. Handsome couple...Thanks Helen!
The weather here has really been quite nice. It has been in the high 70's low 80's. It doesn't take long to fall into that weather but on Thursday gloom came :) This morning it is raining, hope it stops soon, cause this is the big day at the church, Still in the low 70's.
Diana is putting down newer flooring in her house. In the mean time everything is unplugged in the kitchen (stove) so it is the microwave or something cold. But all is going well no one is really starving (maybe Todd):)
I forgot to mention last week that I dined with Judy's granddaughter Eloise on Skype. She is such a doll and very entertaining. She sings very well. I was also supposed to dine with Evalangeline while she had spaghetti the next night but I forgot and missed it. Got to say that is my favorite meal to watch them eat.
Well I got out this week and went around the Hess, Circle K and several others so we can take some of trash there after our big Pioneer Day at the church.
Lana & Shari are dong very well in their new home. Not to sure about Kaos, he doesn't like the snow. But he looks happy don't you think?
Want to wish Liz a very happy birthday on the 11th, Robert Paige & Bill Ott on the 12th. The best of birthday's to you all! Love you
Judy & Greg are back in Salem visiting their granddaughters. Here is a picture she sent me of the snow
It is very pretty, but I am glad I don't have to shovel it!
Went to breakfast with my old friends from the Federally Employed Women who are also retired yesterday. It was great fun, so nice to see them all. They are talking about taking a cruse the first of April. I would love to go, but I don't think Bill can do Cocoa shots twice a day.
The only other thing that I did exciting as I told you last week I had to go to all the convenient stores up here to see if they would take so many bags of garbage for the church Pioneer Day. All went well they all said yes, even the Moose Lodge is taking 4. So that job was easy. Got my chili all made, all I have to do it take it over to the church. Hope all goes well, the weather is not looking so good.
Well I guess that is it for this week,
Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you!
Lots of Love
a (aa) g~
