"I sometimes think that the saving grace of America lies in the fact that the overwhelming majority of Americans are possessed of two great qualities - a sense of humor and a sense of proportion." Franklin D. Roosevelt

Good morning all, hope that you have had a great week. Got to say that mine was non eventful.

My most exciting thing that happened this week was that Todd came over and worked on my rose bed. He didn't get it finished but he got a lot done. Hopefully we will get that done this coming week as well and another bed that I have. I know one thing he surly got a burn on his back doing what he did.

I am rather excited Elaine sent me family pictures that I don't think you have seen and I want to share them with you.
this is a great picture of Jack (Johnny) with Lori don't you think? She reminds me of Aunt Joyce.

Here is a great picture of Elaine's son John and his son Michael.
both very handsome, Michael has got a great smile don't you think?

Here is a great picture of Lori's family
Handsome group don't you think? Wes, Sarah, Alysssa, Charity and Blake! It is certainly nice to see them, I didn't know she had such a large family. We need to share these things so we can stay close our Mom's & Dad's would want that.

Thank goodness she sent me more which I will share with you next week. Now get out your pictures and share. thanks so much Elaine!

Have not heard from cousin Charles in a while, have been wondering how he is doing after his surgery. Anyone know?

I guess we have pretty much decided to do Dad's internment July 18th. Sisters Helen, Joyce & Judy have class reunions at that time and it is the Maine Potato Blossom Festival.

Do any of you have problems with soft nails? I have always had hard nail but in the last few years two of them have gone soft.

Diana has a full house once again. Nancy is living with her and Krista is home. Todd thinks she should pay for an apartment for him so he can get some quiet. :) Just kidding of course...

The weather here has been very nice, can't complain. We are suppose to have showers this weekend, and it suppose to cool down again next week. But nothing I can complain about.

Joyce travels back and forth to Augusta and when ever I hear they are getting more snow I worry about her. I know she has good judgement but I have forgot how it was to live in snow country.

Well I guess that is it for this week,
Remember no one loves you like you do! So take really good care of you!

Lots of Love
a (aa) g~
